Stayed here during Diwali. Wonderful place with a beautiful garden, lawn. Restaurant is good, tasty food !.
Unfortunately the classic cottage was not of wooden flooring , it was really cold in the night .
They could have provided at least an induction cook-top in the room to prepare some hot water in the night.
Overall a nice place , recommended !

The property is good but the room, beds, furniture is old & used. The staff also needs to be more attentive & responsive. The location is good & has good view. The food is also good. If they revamp their rooms and staff becomes more quick & responsive - it can become a really very good service provider.

Beautiful mystic room and lawn takes you back to ages. Staff is very friendly and best part is room service and quality of food. Considering the pricing and amenities on board it''s a must go resort if you''re looking to have some relaxing time. Just sit down under sun in the day or walk with cool breeze under moon light. Just perfect.
I was specifically how this place will be. But was in for a surprise. The place is very well maintained. They have huge collection of awards to prove that. Huge lawn space. Restaurant works from 8 to 10 in night. Food and the menu are good too. Bit pricey but good. Staffs are always helpful. I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone. Will try and stay there too next time when I go to Ooty.
It is like 10 mins drive from the resort to the Ooty boat house. GPS showed us a route which was tricky but we found the easier and most accessible route.

Beautiful property, with antique touch and nice gardens. Lot of place for kids to play around, including slides and swings. Room service was prompt, but restaurant service is too slow, although food was good. , it was very cold with temperature dropping to 16 degrees. We had to ask for room heaters (Chargeable), fireplace is also there (chargeable). Overall we enjoyed our stay at Heritage Gardens and would like to recommend to people.
We had clean and comfortable rooms during our stay in August. We ended up using all three types of rooms during our stay. The vintage cottage is the best and is worth the extra money - Cozy rooms, nice furniture with room heater within the room. Classic cottages are good too. the staff were friendly and helpful. A good consideration for family and couples too.

Had nice lunch at this restaurant and was quite smitten by its garden and old time charm. The food was good and service as well. The garden and outdoor area is very charming. The property itself is quite close to the city and well maintained.

Great Place to stay! Well maintained garden and gorgeous roorms, highly
recommend for the people who badly need their break from office/business
Life to rest and relax. We had a great time in absolute freshness. My kid had
loads of fun in open spaces and greenery all around and pampered along with
Courteous staff, entire team from HG did an awesome work. Special hats
off to Mr.Shamsheer (OM), Ms. Jessi (Guest relation), Mr Saravauan (F&B).
Mr.Ajith (H.K) for their hospitality
Cons: TV is too small for the room , Room fire is chargeable.

Visited the hotel during the first weekend of April with my wife. Stayed in Classic Cottage. Big rooms, average furniture. Food was average. Avoid soups and pasta. Breakfast was good. The best part about the hotel is the well maintained lawns.

The first thing you notice about this place as you enter is its grandeur; you are transcended to a different era altogether. A Victorian Bungalow spread on a sprawling mountaintop; yes, life apparently can''t get better than this!
We booked the classic cottage rooms, they were spacious and were situated on a beautiful lawn which had trimmed grasses, untamed trees, and flowers and portico-furnitures. The place has multiple gardens all of which is well maintained. It is in the proximity of the important tourist attractions in Ooty like the Ooty lake, Rosegarden and Botanical garden.
Now, coming to the service; the receptionist was very helpful. We ordered our dinner around 7:30 pm and wanted it to be served around 9:30. However, in spite of such an early order, we had to wait for almost 30minutes before being served.
We had complimentary breakfast with our stay.
This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited and the pictures I am posting will surely vouch for the same.
