Its been very pleasant stay in Seethanadi jungle Resort.we feel very close to nature. We had great morning nature walk for almost 3 km stretch exploring temples and falls in and around the stay. But be carefull that there are lot of leeches. I had few on my legs in and around. But was a great stay in Seethanadi and I would recommend this place if you are looking for an stay in forest.

Stay was nice, staff was very cooperative but nothing to do other morning nature trails. We were not able to sight any birds.

It was a pleasant experience overall at Seethanadi nature camp, food was excellent-Jain food was made available on request and we also had short trips to varanga jain temple and ananthapadmanabha swamy temple @ hebri. Overall staff were excellent (standouts were Ravi, Nitin and Prasanna) and courteous enough except for the manager-Kiran (we hardly got to interact with him and he tries to avoid interacting with you always) You can enjoy the trip if you have your own vehicle as it’s too interior and taking help from outside is almost difficult. Otherwise a pleasant stay and time spend at the river bank was most enjoyable. No wildlife spotted during our stay and it’s just nature-if you are a phone addict then it’s not the place I suggest as apart from BSNL no other networks have service.

Place is clean & well maintained. Staff courtesy is outstanding. Only concern is the location is not so wild & raw as we think.

Wonderful stay and covered in nature. JLR always maintains that quality. no doubt they are awesome. Food was food and also the team taking care of the property. Hope they maintain the same quality and prize in the coming years. This is my 3 JLR stay across karnataka and this is certainly top in the list.

Nice location. Very courteous staff. Family friendly and beautiful river flowing by the nature camp. Peaceful place with nice coracle ride. Location is good if one wants to cover nearby temples. Also, very near to Udupi.

The location is beautiful. Certainly wrapped in "nature", but do not expect a "dense jungle". The camp is just that, a camp! The accommodation match the expectation of a camp. So, if you are looking for a clean luxury room, then this is not the place. Here, you will exactly get the feeling of a tent (little better) in a camp. Yes, a little more maintenance, cleanliness and amenities will not do any harm to the look and feel though. There is a nature walk available free of cost for the guests. A staff (the one we got was extremely patient as we were stopping an places to click pictures frequently), will take you through a nature trail among the "forest like" woods. Might not give you an adrenaline rush, but is definitely refreshing and interesting, early in the morning. Food may not have variety but will surely satisfy your taste buds. Very good taste that absolutely makes it up for the "not too many variety of dishes" complaint. The staff are very courteous and polite. Overall, a serene place to visit for a quiet holiday!

We were 10 people who stayed in the dorm. The Dorm is clean and the toilets are average. Food was not great(average) Dont expect any other food to be cooked apart from what is served. You have to go 4 km outside the property to buy something to eat

This place is more of a Forest Camp . It is taken care by JLR recently (about 1.5 years back). Because of which the Tented cottages and Dormitory are little old and needs renovation. Hospitality is similar to any other jungle lodges. It located on the banks of Seetha river and offers trips to places like Udupi beach and Kudlu Falls. Kudlu falls were closed when we visited due to heavy rainfall and so visited Malpe Beach and St Mary''s Island. Morning we got woken up by sounds of the nature. Stepping out of the tent we saw about 6-7 malabar giant squirrel jumping around on the tall trees amidst which the resort is located. In Seetha river we have witnessed hundreds of fishes. An amazing place to stay if you are visiting any place in the surroundings.

Have you ever experienced a private river?? That''s what this property of Jungle lodges offers u! You can simply sit by the banks of this river Seetha n get lost in nature. If u r lucky you may even spot some rare birds or animals . Try to carry binoculars for the bird watching trek the next morning. This is totally worth the money given you pay just Rs 1680 for all three meals plus trek plus Pvt river n a tent . Visit here with friends or do a solo trip! Best part is it''s easily connected by public transport. Any buses connecting Agumbe n Udupi will stop here

We visited this place with 6 friends in the month of April 2017. The place is located at the foot hills of the Agumbe ghats. 8 hours of travel time from Bengaluru. The resort is right next to the main road and easily traceable. The location is on the banks of Seetha river. They have tents for accommodation and dormitories. Tents have attached toilet and bath. Dorms have common toilets and bath. Maintenance is low. Needs a overhaul. JLR should focus on maintenance and upgrading this facility. Mr. Mallikarjun, who is in charge of the facility if very friendly and helpful. With whatever facility available, he makes sure guests are happy. Food is not exotic. But decent. There are no activities. You can just relax and do a nature walk and visit nearby places. Rafting is available in rainy season. Good place to sit, relax and laze around. But needs renovation.
