Overall our experience is good

Overall our experience is good..it is a beautiful property ..food was good and staff is very friendly and helpful.. Rooms need some maintenance, for example, our cable connection was not working.

Nice place to stay

The place is in middle of madumalai forest range, and surrounded by coffee plantation , nice place to stay and getaway

Overall very nice place

Overall very nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean rooms.
Improvement points:
Our experience was that food is generally delayed (from the originally given schedule). This didn't appear a big issue because of the great attitude of the staff. Rooms need some maintenance, for example, our cable connection was not working and health faucet in the bath room was leaking. But Ramesh ensured that these are promptly taken care.

Cottages are well maintained

Location is very excellent. Cottages are well maintained. Friendly Staff, Nice Food. More options to be given for breakfast. Bathrooms to be equipped with Geysers so that hot water can be available round the clock. overall rating by me is 4.5 out of 5.
