Nice property

Very nice property with good ambiance, clean rooms, yummy food. I would definitly suggest this place to my close ones. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one. Having said the above I have two suggestions which would help to increase the customer satisfaction. It would be great idea to increse the width of the road towards gate by atleast a feet and please provide the guests with the mosquito repellants.

Came across this portal while searching for the homestays around Bandipur. First glance got me something I was looking for (info of Tariff, location, Photos (Actual) and the Places that can seen around with distances) When we took a deviation from the state highway into the small congested road, I thought did I do a mistake, but the road where only one (only one) car can pass through took me to the Madumalai Estate. Aandi the manager greeted us and also the waiter Viji Kumar helped us with a Tea. Madumalai Estate is a great place to stay amidst the Madumalai Forest Area, with the estate is cordoned off with the electrical fencing. This Fencing itself will tell you, you are in the midst of a forest. The morning scenery is the best part of the lot, Estate is at the foothill of Western Ghats, so you look up from the cottages you will find the green and grand Western Ghats. At 100 Meters away is the Moyar River, to reach you need to cross another estate. The Food is very homely unlike the restaurant (oily and heavy for your belly). The cottages are big and cleanly maintained. All in all I would say we had a pleasant stay and would recommend to friends and also foes, so that they become friends once they have a holiday over here. I would rate 9/10 for this beautiful estate. Last but not the least I would appreciate Trailroot and Priya''s humbleness in taking care of the reservations

Excellent staff, Nice location, good food...jus one suggestion please use white bed sheets and the towels also could have been better. But, to sum it up its a good bet.
