Every thing was smooth and we were well

Trailroot took care of everything very well, every thing was smooth and we were well informed. Though there was a bit of glitch in terms of type of accommodation but it was taken care well and resolved fast. Thanks and I look forward to use trailroot''s service very soon The Madumalai estate is also great. Nice clean place and excellent service. Enjoyed our stay with our friends

More Veg food option required

Hope I already gave the feedback, if not, here is my true feedback. Ambience and facilities are really good. It would be more good if the food for vegetarians has more options. Will be looking for more trips with Trailroot.

Less options for vegetarians

Hello Team, The resort and its ambience was really good. People were really good and had a nice time. As a suggestion, I could say, if you take some more care on the food and the options for vegetarians it will be more good. And, make sure to add at-least one sweet to either lunch or dinner.

Leechs on the ground

The place , food and the people are very good and supportive. but since there were leechs on the ground near the campfire we requested for an open space above the kitchen which was refused and there was no music player provided.
