Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay in kabini, we stayed in tented cottage. Although it was for a day, we had a great time amidst the nature. We had a great time in jeep safari, but dint spot any big cats, its mere luck. Hope to spot them next time. The staffs were very cordial. Ambience, room and food was excellent and we definitely wish to visit again.

Amazing location

This is the Government resort with very rustic and old-styled architecture. All the rooms are wooden finished. There are bungalows and huts available for stay that can be booked online. It is a very luxury feeling being surrounded by river. The resort location is one of the best on the banks of kabini river. The resort provided jungle safari unlike the nearby resorts that have to contact Kabini River lodge for the Safari. At the time of booking, we were informed that out of the 2 safaris we can opt for both the safaris as jeep safaris but the management created a ruckus and provided us with a boat safari that we didnt want. The rooms in our bungalow were very good and clean, but the bathtub was broken. It is a very organised and maintained resort as compared to the other government owned accommodations but definitely can improve a lot.
