The ideal time to visit is from August to February, just after the monsoon season when the river is at its most vibrant and the forest is lush and green, the water levels recede, exposing wide sand banks that are perfect for a relaxing evening.

JLR Bheemashwari Jungle Resort has an amazing location near Cauvery and in the midst of the forest. I would highly recommend this place for a both calm and adventurous weekend.

Overall a pleasant experience

Its around 110 KMs from Bangalore, nice place. Excellent place to spend a weekend with friends and family. Food was very tasty and varied. We enjoyed the activities like Zip line, Parallel walk and Coracle ride. Staff was friendly and courteous.Overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent place to relax and unwind

We did a day trip. Its a great place to unwind. service and food was good. Best thing I liked is the place is well maintained and clean. Enjoyed all activities and rides - Coracle, Burma loops, Parallel walk, Zip line, etc. Good weekend spent.

Great stay In the nature

A lovely place to stay. Its was really an amazing and extremely impressive place to spend time. This was my 2nd visit to Jungle Lodges Bheemeshwari with family. I had booked a cottage this time instead of a log hut. What sets Jungle Lodges apart from other outings is their closeness to the nature and very courteous staff. The best part of the whole stay was the barbecue at night with freshly cooked tandoori chicken and beer. Awesome experience.
