Rooms are good

Rooms are good , safari is good though could not see any tiger .. services could have been way better like toothpaste , brush kit , saving kit , laundry , in house slippers , some snacks to room etc are usually provided in 4 star hotels..

Needs Improvement

Good things-
Courteous Staff, the vast property, safari

Needs Improvement-
Overall quality of food. Idli was not baked fully and chutney had lot of raw garlic making it bitter. Bread pudding overloaded with sweet and cashews. Items were not refilled on time.
Bathroom fixtures need upgrade as they were either not working the way they had to or not working at all. Room needed more cleaning.
There is a phone in the room but has no connection. It also said free wifi, I did not find one Not 100% value for money. I was asked to pay more as it is Diwali season and there was more booking. I dont think the property was full. I should have paid atleast a Rs.1000 less per person for the returns I got. I will not recommend this place for others for this price.

Also I would like to mention that we have refunded the amount which was collected by JLR as Deepavali hike immediately after your booking and none of the JLR properties have wifi facilities which is clearly mentioned in our website in the property amenities.
