Food was awesome

Reort was good. Food was awesome. One suggestion Though. Would like to have separate rates for veg and non veg food than asking for vegetarians to pay for non veg food which i don’t like.

Experience of Paradise

Myself and my friends were desparately wanting to reach this resort once we booked it. it was a 2 hours drive from Kabini. once we entered this resort we were greeted with clouds cover on the mountains behind. this scenic beauty of the background stayed with us forever. since this resort is eco-friendly we could smell the earth staying inside the rooms. the different ways leading to dining area and other recreational areas were mainly muddy but the overall experience was staying with basics. the food we ate here was simply the best and i would like to mention specially the chefs who had prepared the veg and the non-veg delicacies. we would just wait to eat the food served. the starters, soups, main course and the desserts were all excellent. we would definately like to visit this place again mainly due to the location and secondly due to food.

Customer is the KIng!!

Truly I meant every word of it when i said customer is the king cos every member of the resort makes you feel like one! we stayed at the property for 3 nights in the month of April. check in was smooth. our package included breakfast and dinner. Food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner comprised of kerala, north indian and chinese cuisines (all buffet style). Food was very good with plenty of options. We enjoyed it as we are big fans of kerala cuisine. the hotel is spread out on close to 40 acres of land which includes tea plantation, stream, walking trails etc. The hotel arranged for a car to do nearby sightseeing as well on extra cost. The staff were very polite and helpful, going overboard to make us feel comfortable. they even arranged for a surprise cake for me for my Bday, decorated the place and gave us complimentary lunch and snacks to top it off. The chef also took personal care of us and on one of the days when we were the only ones in the resort he went out of the way and cooked dishes based on our request.We tried the kerala massage and steam as well and it was good. All in all it was a wonderful and memorable stay for us. Would recommend this place eyes closed!! Only draw back wifi is available only at the lobby..we were completely ok with this as it felt nice to be cut off from the world for 3 days!
